HR e-newsletter
A monthly e-newsletter brought to you in partnership with Business and Legal Reports, (BLR) a nationally recognized publisher of legal compliance and training information for professionals in human resources.
Because we know how important it is for you to keep abreast of current HR news, we believe this will become an important source of information and trends for you. Each newsletter will contain:
- One article on compensation and benefits
- One article on employment law issues
- One article on legal developments in one of the states NEHRA serves: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont or Connecticut

Stress Management Program
A stress management program provided by KGA, Inc. (Kathleen Greer Associates).
NEHRA members are invited to attend quarterly confidential discussions hosted and facilitated by KGA, Inc. in their Framingham offices. These meetings will focus on:
- Working on the "front line" face-to-face with employee issues
- Coping with change
- Handling the stress of mergers and acquisitions
- Dealing with pressure during layoffs
- Managing difficult employee relations issues
- Obtaining senior management support in times of crisis
- Being traumatized by traumatic stories

Member Insurance Program
NEHRA members who are independent contractors or who are employed in companies with fewer than ten employees in Massachusetts or New Hampshire are now eligible for exciting new member benefits that include: medical, dental, disability and life insurance.
These insurance benefits are available and administered through the Northeast Business Trust (NBT). Premium rates are based upon geographical location and the age range of participants. Networking Opportunities

Regional Workshops
