NEHRA Partnerships Print


NEHRA selectively enters into partnerships with professional service providers (PSPs) who can provide NEHRA members with products or services that help them lead, advance and influence the management of human resources and its impact on organizational success.  

To be considered for partnership with NEHRA, your product or service must be UNIQUE to NEHRA members and it must not compete with any service or program already being offered by a current NEHRA partner. 

Once an agreement is formally entered into, the relationship is reviewed annually and is subject to open bidding after three years. The relationship may be terminated at any time by either party for any reason with notice of up to 90 days. PSPs must submit a written proposal describing their offer of services and potential benefits to NEHRA members at any time to the address below.  Proposals will be reviewed internally by the PSP Committee and applicants will be notified of the decision or will be asked to provide additional information within 60 days of receipt of their proposal.

Under the terms of the agreement, NEHRA will:

  • Announce the new partner benefit to the membership via the website and member emails
  • Recognize the partner in the NEHRA brochure, Insights magazine and on the web site
  • Provide a link to the partner's web site from the NEHRA web site
  • Not establish an agreement for the same benefit with any other provider of such services for the term of the agreement
  • Provide use of the NEHRA member mailing list once each year for pre-approved and authorized marketing
  • Evaluate annually in June the relationship with the PSP and the continuing value to the membership of the benefits based upon surveys, reports, solicited and unsolicited member feedback
Under the terms of the agreement, the PSP will:
  • Provide a product or service that is related to the human resources profession and will support HR functions for members and member companies
  • Provide the defined product or service at no cost or at a discounted cost to all NEHRA members
  • Maintain a minimum of one NEHRA member within their organization at the PSP's expense
  • Not offer the same product or service to competing human resources associations
  • Not require administrative support from NEHRA
  • Report each May and November the usage by NEHRA members and, if available, feedback by users
  • Provide at the time of signing the agreement a description of the member benefit, a company logo, and all necessary details describing how NEHRA members can access the product or service
