Our Presenters:

Ed Evarts is the practice leader at Evarts Coaching, an organization focused on coaching mid- to senior-level executives and their teams in corporate environments. With over twenty-five years of leadership and management experience, Ed possesses the ability to effectively partner with individuals and teams in business environments to create action and to deliver results.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and received a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Boston University.  He is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument,  the DiSC® Behavioral Styles instrument, the FIRO-B© Interpersonal Orientation assessment, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode instrument, and Lominger Voices©, a 360° feedback tool.

Ed is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation. He is President-Elect of the New England Chapter of the International Coach Federation and the Vice President, Marketing for the Association of Career Professionals International - New England Network.  Ed is also a volunteer student mentor in the Wakefield Adult Mentors (WAM) program and a volunteer coach for the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program (CLTP) at Babson College.

Beth Kennedy, Principal of Benatti Training & Development, brings extensive experience in corporate training, career and leadership coaching, and team development.  Beth has a unique career development background, which compliments her assessment expertise.  Her efforts focus on developing leaders by gaining an in-depth understanding of the skills needed to execute their role, assessment of their current skills, and the gaps that need to be addressed. 

Beth earned her Bachelor's Degree from Bethany College and a Masters in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University.  She is certified as a Talent Management/ Leadership Coach from Leadership Coach Academy and certified as a Leadership Coach from Linkage Inc.  Beth is also a member of the Career Management Alliance and Career Directors International. 

She holds certifications and qualifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument, Work Behavior Inventory (WBI), Lominger Leadership Architect©, Multidimensional Leadership Profile (MLP), a 360° assessment tool, The Power To Connect through SpeedReading People©, Who Moved My Cheese®, and Individual Transition in Organizations through Linkage, Inc.

NEHRA Registration Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you are registered, please notify the NEHRA office in writing at least two weeks in advance or as soon as possible. Cancellations received within two weeks of the seminar are subject to a $50 cancellation fee; those received within 72 hours of the event are subject to a $125 cancellation fee. Seminar "no shows" do not receive a refund.
